SHIPPING POLICY

At Tiare, every piece is hand painted and custom made just for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

ORDER PREPARATION TIME
Since every Tiare product is made to order, we require 3–5 business days to prepare and hand paint your piece before it is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Pan-India)
We ship across India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post, and Speed Post.

Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days after dispatch

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–10 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via trusted international courier partners including FedEx, DHL, and Delhivery International.

Estimated delivery time: 11–25 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and local customs clearance.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 14–30 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.

DELAYS
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders. Tiare is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Tiare is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
