At Tiare, every piece is a one-of-a-kind, hand painted creation made with love and care. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Since every Tiare product is custom made and hand painted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Every order placed at Tiare is a custom order. Before production begins, we discuss your requirements, confirm your size, colours, design, and preferences over WhatsApp. Once you confirm and payment is made, production begins. We are not responsible if you change your mind after confirmation.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take quality very seriously. Every piece goes through thorough inspection before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, here is what to do:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@tiare.in or WhatsApp +91 7007534146
2. Share clear photos and/or video proof of the damage
3. Our team will review your claim
4. If approved:
   — We will remake the same product wherever possible
   — If the same product cannot be remade, a full refund will be issued

Claims raised after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
— Change of mind after order confirmation
— Size issues if the measurements provided by you were incorrect
— Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
— Damage caused after delivery

REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
